As a Working Student, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing support to the largest Forwarders in the industry. This role offers a great chance to learn and grow within a multinational environment, with the potential to make a real impact. You will work closely with our team, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Assist the regional Key Account team in managing relationships with top industry Forwarders
  • Prepare rate quotations and agreements, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
  • Create and maintain regular reports for customers and the team, providing valuable insights
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks, contributing to efficient project management
  • Request ship allocations for customers, collaborating with the team to meet their needs
  • Develop strong analytical skills and apply them to various tasks
  • Utilize MS Office efficiently for report creation and data management
  • Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
  • Currently pursuing a full-time degree in Logistics, Shipping or a related field
  • Previous apprenticeship or work experience in Logistics is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Open-minded and customer-oriented approach
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work schedule
  • Willingness to work 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours during semester breaks
