As a Working Student, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing support to the largest Forwarders in the industry. - Assist the regional Key Account team in managing relationships with top industry Forwarders
- Prepare rate quotations and agreements, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
- Create and maintain regular reports for customers and the team, providing valuable insights
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks, contributing to efficient project management
- Request ship allocations for customers, collaborating with the team to meet their needs
- Develop strong analytical skills and apply them to various tasks
- Utilize MS Office efficiently for report creation and data management
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
- Currently pursuing a full-time degree in Logistics, Shipping or a related field
- Previous apprenticeship or work experience in Logistics is an asset
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Open-minded and customer-oriented approach
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work schedule
- Willingness to work 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours during semester breaks
