Working Student (m/f/d) IT - Operations & Network
As a Working Student Software Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team, working on our internal product that empowers the Network Operations department. Your role is crucial in improving monitoring capabilities, data-driven insights, and the overall user experience for our internal users. Together, we'll ensure our network operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Support the development and enhancement of our Operational Monitoring & Network Insights product
- Extend user usage monitoring capabilities using the ELK Stack
- Improve and maintain unit and integration tests with AI-supported tools
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and managers throughout the software development lifecycle
- Participate in agile development activities, including sprint planning and reviews and Document development processes and create user guides
- Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Ensure high-quality code and maintain code consistency
- Currently enrolled in a fulltime study program in a relevant field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.)
- Initial experience in software development, preferably with Java
- Basic understanding of test development and frameworks, as well as a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively and self-organize in a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, as well as an attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
