Working Student (m/f/d) Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Support end-to-end recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Screen applications and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process for certain positions. Support the implementation of AI and automation solutions within Talent Acquisition Support talent acquisition reporting, recruiting analytics, and market research. Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for HR and business stakeholders. Provide administrative and project support for Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives. Collaborate with HR, marketing, and business teams on employer branding initiatives. Support ongoing HR projects and contribute to process improvements across Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding and Onboarding.
