As a Working Student – Project Manager Support (m/f/x), you will support strategic, company-wide projects and initiatives at osapiens. Working closely with our Project Management Officer, you help drive these projects forward - conducting research and analysis, and preparing materials that support decision-making across the organization, working closely with Product Content and other departments along the way.

  • Project Support: Provide day-to-day project support on strategic company-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Regulatory Analysis: Analyze arising regulations that shape our product catalogue.
  • Documentation & Presentations: Prepare presentations and process documentation, using modern AI tools to accelerate workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Content, and other departments on shared projects.
  • Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Master's program, ideally combining business and technology disciplines such as Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong research capabilities with the ability to quickly understand ESG regulations and legislative processes.
  • Tools & Data: Comfortable working with Claude, PowerPoint, Excel and able to quickly learn and use new software and technologies.
  • Curiosity & Ownership: Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to independently solve problems and uncover insights.
  • Language & Location: Fluent in English and German is mandatory, with the ability to come into our Mannheim office regularly.
  • Prior practical experience (internship, working student role, or similar) in an IT / software environment is a plus.
