Working Student - Sales
- Maintain and update our HubSpot CRM and related sales documentation
- Review incoming leads and help pre-qualify them based on agreed criteria
- Support the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials in PowerPoint
- Help gather and structure information for sales conversations and client presentations
- Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations to keep response times short and workflows running smoothly
- Work closely with the sales team on ongoing opportunities across Berlin Bytes and Kambria
Must-have
- German and English - business fluent
- Strong AI literacy and practical experience using AI tools for content creation
- Good PowerPoint skills and an eye for clean, structured presentation design
- Confident handling of routine sales operations and administrative tasks
- A basic understanding of the GermanMittelstand/ SME market
- Reliable, structured, and able to work independently
Strong advantage
- Experience in B2B marketing, sales support, or consulting
- Familiarity with HubSpot
- Interest in software, digital products, and AI-enabled services
- Experience creating pitch decks, proposals, or other client-facing sales materials
Nice-to-have
- Experience supporting proposals for platform, enablement, or digital transformation topics
- Availability to work consistently across the week; ideally at least 3 days per week
- Office at Backfabrik in Berlin
