What You’ll Be Part Of

Are you passionate about data, digitalization, and solving complex business challenges? As a Working Student in Supply Chain Excellence, you will be part of the global Automotive Supply Chain organization, supporting strategic initiatives that enhance project transparency and enable data-driven decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience at the intersection of Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, and Digital Innovation in a truly global environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of a new project reporting and tracking solution.

  • Contribute to the implementation of reporting standards, governance frameworks, and digital ways of working across Supply Chain projects.

  • Analyze project data, identify trends, and generate insights to support management decision-making.

  • Collaborate with international teams to improve transparency, efficiency, and project execution.

  • Create management presentations, status reports, dashboards and executive updates.

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing Post-Merger Integration (PMI) activities and other ad hoc requests.

What Makes You A Strong Fit

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in project management, digital transformation, data analytics, and supply chain processes.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar analytics tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and communicate complex information effectively.

  • Proactive, self-driven team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
