- Reviewing and performing an initial screening of supplier compliance documentation related to the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
- Classifying supplier submissions and maintaining accurate status tracking within internal compliance databases.
- Communicating directly with international suppliers to collect, clarify, and follow up on regulatory documentation.
- Managing and organizing regulatory records in Excel, SharePoint, and other internal systems according to defined governance standards.
- Learning corporate compliance processes at a leading international company.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g., Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in sustainability, environmental regulations, and responsible sourcing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and utilization of AI applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within an international team.
- Prior experience with compliance, sustainability, procurement, or regulatory topics is an advantage.
