Working Student, Talent Management (m/f/d)

Become part of our Talent Management team and gain a deep insight into the day-to-day operations of a Talent Manager!

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Supporting the development, implementation and continuous improvement of learning and talent management tools
  • Support and preparation of internal communication on staff development offers
  • Supporting our language course offerings, including participant management, usage tracking and process improvements.
  • Organizing and supporting onboarding events for new joiners, ensuring smooth coordination and a welcoming experience for our new colleagues
  • Support the organization with seminars and training courses: Your activities will include working in the day-to-day operational business, from the identification of training needs to the organization and implementation of the resulting training measures and workshops.
  • Participant, seminar and trainer management (with the help of our Learning Management System)
  • Preparing presentations and conducting research
  • Contributing to day-to-day operations and proactively supporting in improving administrative workflows.

Show your expertise

  • You are studying business psychology with a focus on human resources/ organizational development or business administration with a focus on human resources
  • You have a high interest in the fields of learning, personal development, or organizational development. Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience through internships or practical projects in the personnel/training sector
  • You have strong analytical skills, enjoy getting hands-on, ask the right questions and are eager to contribute your ideas
  • You have a communicative and empathetic personality with a strong interest in the development of talents
  • You are absolutely reliable when dealing with confidential personal data and information
  • You are confident in using the MS Office package, especially Excel, and ideally bring experience with formulas, data analysis, reporting or dashboard preparation; PowerPoint and additional IT skills, e.g. LMS in SuccessFactors, are a plus.
  • You are fluent in German and can also communicate very well in English.
