Workplace Architect

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in an Architecture, Lead Engineer, or Technical Design role.
• Superior Technician in Management of Compute Systems or similar valuable.
• Proven experience designing and governing Modern Workplace solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps, architecture standards, and long-term workplace strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable solutions supporting business growth, mergers, acquisitions, and workforce expansion.
• Experience driving automation initiatives through APIs, scripting, workflow orchestration, or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, or AI-driven workplace solutions.
• Strong focus on end-user experience, productivity, adoption, and service quality improvements.
• Experience leading technology evaluations and strategic technology decisions.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with JAMF and Apple device management.
• Experience with workplace security architecture and endpoint security integration.
• Knowledge of workplace automation and self-service design principles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
• Understanding of meeting room technologies, such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
• Higher Technician qualification in Networked Computer Systems Administration or a similar field.
