Manage and monitor workplace technologies, including end-user devices, virtual desktops, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution of workplace technology incidents.
- Drive service improvements, implement infrastructure changes, and recommend best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in technology migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and high-level solution design and architecture reviews.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Environments (SOE), facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage application packaging and patching.
- Evaluate and recommend new workplace technology products and infrastructure solutions, with strong knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, and IT service management processes.
