📋 Key Responsibilities

🤝 Employee & Guest Experience

• Welcome employees and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Support new hires with onboarding, office orientation, access arrangements, and welcome packs.
• Ensure the workplace is maintained to a high standard and deliver an exceptional day-to-day office experience.
• Build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business.

🎉 Community & Events

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, workshops, and community events.
• Partner with HR and internal teams to promote workplace programmes and initiatives.
• Manage event calendars and encourage participation across the organisation.
• Work with catering and event partners to deliver engaging workplace experiences.

📢 Communications & Content

• Create and promote engaging content for newsletters, digital displays, and internal communication channels.
• Support event promotions and employee engagement campaigns.
• Contribute ideas to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.

📊 Workplace Experience & Operations

• Gather employee feedback and recommend improvements to workplace services.
• Monitor workspace utilisation and support workplace experience reporting.
• Maintain service standards and coordinate timely resolution of workplace issues.
• Support continuous improvements to workplace processes and employee journeys.
