As the Workplace Operations Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination and management of Perth Airport's workplace environments, ensuring they are safe, efficient, compliant and capable of supporting our growing workforce. Working across multiple stakeholders, you will lead workplace accommodation planning, office relocations, fit-outs and workplace improvement initiatives, while managing workplace services, project delivery and day-to-day office operations to create a positive employee experience and support the evolving needs of the business.

About the role

  • Leading workplace accommodation planning, occupancy management and space utilisation across PAPL-occupied sites

  • Coordinating office fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments and workplace enhancement projects

  • Managing workplace services including maintenance, amenities, furniture, meeting spaces and office facilities

  • Monitoring occupancy, headcount and workplace data to support business planning and future growth

  • Supporting leaders and employees through workplace change initiatives and office relocations

  • Managing contractors, consultants and service providers to deliver workplace projects and services

  • Coordinating procurement, contracts, budgets, reporting and workplace governance activities

  • Ensuring workplace environments meet safety, accessibility, compliance and business continuity requirements

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in workplace operations, facilities management, office management or a similar role

  • Proven experience managing workplace accommodation, occupancy planning and space utilisation across multiple sites

  • Strong project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and contractor oversight

  • Experience managing procurement processes, contracts, purchase orders, invoices and budgets

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support change

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience maintaining workplace data, reporting and documentation

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment

  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach with a commitment to enhancing the employee experience

  • Qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Business Administration or Project Management (desirable)

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
