Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator

Job Description:

• Ensure all site activities comply with safety legislation, internal policies, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
• Perform routine site inspections, identify workplace hazards, conduct risk evaluations, and investigate safety incidents.
• Support implementation of SWP, RA, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and new worker safety inductions.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee safety and ISO-related documentation, including procedures, risk assessments, audit records, and compliance documents.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.
• Monitor subcontractors' WSH performance
• Maintain WSH records, inspection reports, and statutory documentation.
• Promote a positive safety culture throughout the project

Job Requirement:

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC) in Singapore.
• Possess a valid Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (ACWSH) or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH legislation and MOM requirements
• Minimum 1 years' of construction safety experience
• Good communication and report writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
