Workplace Safety and Health Officer

Job Description

• Attend daily toolbox meetings at 8:30 AM / 8:30 PM.
• Work full-time on-site and remain available during working hours.
• Conduct site inspections 2–3 times or more, as required.
• Management’s instructions.
• Prepare and submit monthly safety reports.
• Prepare and submit quarterly reports
• Maintain records of:
• Senior Management Site Inspections
• Monthly Safety Committee Meetings
• Emergency Drills
• ConSASS Audits
• RA/SWP/PSR records
• Mass TBM briefing records
• Other safety training records
• Ensure CCTV setup is completed and verified before work commences, including emergency works.
• Ensure Permit-to-Work (PTW) is obtained for all high-risk activities such as lifting and excavation.
• Implement and maintain a proper Traffic Control Plan (TCP) to ensure site safety.
• Inform the relevant consultants of any additional works not covered during the TBM.

Requirements

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Minimum 2years of relevant site safety experience.
• Must need the Project Safety Management Course (SPPG)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
