Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)

Summary

Leads workplace safety and health initiatives for a construction firm, conducting audits, risk assessments, and training while ensuring compliance with Singapore’s WSH regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Risk Assessment Team Leader
  • Brief staff on Safety and Health matters (Policy, RAs, SWP, OHSAS, WAH, etc)
  • Conduct site audits and site incident investigation
  • Review and develop RAs and SWP for all projects
  • Conduct safety training

Requirements:

  • Must be a Singapore Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower
  • Degree / Diploma in Building /Civil / Structural Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as WSHO in Commercial/Infrastructure/Railway construction
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Project: Singapore Powergrid (SPPG/Cabling team)
