Workplace Support Engineer - Audio Visual

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year + Car + Super

About Company

A unique AV integration business with business hubs in across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are looking to bring a technically minded Workplace Support Engineer into the business. The business specializes in delivering MS Teams and Zoom meeting rooms for corporate and government clients.

About the role

You will be the go-to person across a few clients providing support for platforms and hardware. Resolving support issues, liaising with vendors & troubleshooting where required. It will be 50% remote & 50% travelling to sites where needed, involving training end users to support platforms.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams / Zoom environments

• Crestron / Logitech / Yealink

• Worked across corporate/enterprise clients

• M365 exposure preferred

• Hands on capabilities - this can be learnt

• Customer facing skills

Bonus

• $100,000-$110,000 +Super + Car

• Work remote 50% of the role - travel to customer site as required
