Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field as an Automotive Workshop Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge in vehicle diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs
- Experience handling European, German, Japanese, and luxury vehicles is an advantage
- Ability to supervise and lead technicians and workshop staff
- Good knowledge of workshop operations, job allocation, and productivity management
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with workshop management systems and repair procedures
- UAE driving license is must.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily workshop operations
- Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work progress
- Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed on time and according to quality standards
- Perform final quality checks before vehicle delivery
- Support technicians in diagnostics and technical troubleshooting
- Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding customer approvals and repair updates
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment
- Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline
- Train and motivate workshop staff to improve performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
Experience:
- Workshop Floor : 5 years (Required)
- GCC : 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Required)
