WORKSHOP MANAGER

With strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee and manage the daily operations of the workshop.

● Lead, supervise, and motivate technicians and support staff.

● Plan and schedule workshop jobs to ensure maximum efficiency.

● Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle repairs, timelines, and service recommendations.

● Coordinate the ordering of parts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

● Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure smooth workshop operations.

● Maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues when required.

● Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar leadership role is mandatory.

● Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

● Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
