Workshop Manager

Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,500++, with attractive KPI bonuses and yearly performance-based incentives.

Workdays: Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat 9am -1pm

Location: Sin Ming Dr


Job Scope:

• Responsible for ensuring workshop meets all requirements set out by Company (equipment, manpower, staff training, safety)
• Responsible for the efficiency and utilization of technicians
• Responsible for training planning for technicians to maintain competency of the team
• Ensuring successful distribution of job cards through the workshop
• All related administration is completed to an accurate standard.
• Pass all completed jobs to service costing / warranty / administration for invoicing whilst ensuring all work hours expended have been documented
• Operate the workshop loading system, allocating jobs to the Technicians who are most suitable
