Workshop Manager

About the role

What you'll do

✅ Coordination and supervision of the daily work of the mechanical and/or bodywork workshop.
✅ Organization and planning of repairs alongside the Service Advisor team.
✅ Supervision of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
✅ Integral control of the vehicle process: from its entry into the workshop until its delivery to the customer.
✅ Management of repair orders, warranties, and associated administrative processes.
✅ Monitoring of service quality and customer satisfaction.
✅ Management of materials, tools, spare parts, and workshop inventory.
✅ Resolution of technical incidents and support to the team in complex repairs.
✅ Continuous coordination with other departments of the company.
✅ Use and updating of digital platforms and management tools.

What we're looking for

🔹 Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Automotive.
🔹 Training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, and/or Body and Paint.
🔹 Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
🔹 Knowledge of digital tools and workshop management platforms.
🔹 Leadership, organization, and teamwork capacity.
🔹 High customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
🔹 Valid B driving license.

🚘 Experience working with official brands.
💻 Knowledge of management tools such as Quiter.
📈 Planning capacity, initiative, and problem-solving.
