Workshop Rotating Equipment Lead

Essential Experience

10–15 years of experience in oilfield services (OFS) workshop operations.

Strong background in repair/overhaul of one or more:

• Drilling tools (motors, jars, stabilizers, MWD/LWD)
• Pressure control equipment (BOPs, choke/kill manifolds)
• Wellhead/X-mas tree components
• Pumps, valves, hydraulic & mechanical assemblies

Experience managing teams in hazardous, high-volume workshop environments.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of rotational equipment
• Familiarity with compressors, valves, pumps
