Job Summary

We are a car repair workshop in Sin Ming seeking a Car Service Advisor to support customer service and vehicle coordination.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and document vehicle service needs
• Coordinate vehicle service schedules with technicians to ensure timely repairs
• Provide clear updates to customers on service progress and completion
• Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions
• Assist in managing vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics
