Workshop Supervisor Cum Sales Co-Ordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workshop operations, fabrication, and manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate and assign work to technicians, welders, and workshop workers.
• Ensure all works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor workmanship quality, productivity, and workplace safety compliance.
• Maintain proper usage and maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct on-site client visits two to three time a week to monitor work progress, site conditions, and coordinate project requirements..
• Prepare daily work reports and maintain proper housekeeping of the workshop.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
