• Ensure operational workflow meets required manufacturer warranty and work procedures• Ensure workshop operations are in compliance with safety regulations and work instructions
• Manage and review the work performance of workshop and front line staff
• Handle customer feedback effectively, previous experience and proven track record in delivery of excellent customer service experience.

• 2 or 3 years experiences in a managerial capacity
• Strong management and Leadership
