Worship Minister - Weatherford Campus
The Mission of The Hills Church is to make and grow followers of Jesus. We do this by being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and doing what Jesus did.
Who You Are:
- A pastor as well as a musician/vocalist (This does not mean ordained.)
- Passionate for the discipleship/spiritual formation of your worship team and congregation
- Experienced (at least 4 years) in leading worship
- Experienced in shepherding a worship team
- Excellent in verbal communication skills
What You'll Bring:
- Proficiency in keys and/or acoustic guitar
- Experience leading a variety of musical styles
- Familiarity with the Nashville number system
- Confidence in arranging
- Competent in developing and building a worship team
- Competent in developing and leading a diverse/multiethnic worship culture
- Actively engaged in personal development and leadership growth
