Certified Wound Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time Certified Wound Nurse position. This candidate will understand and experience working with a variety of wound dressings and treatments, as well as working cooperatively with residents’ representatives, facility staff, physicians, consultants, and ancillary service providers.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse licensure and at least two years of experience
• Wound Care Nurse Certification
• Current BLS certification is required
• IV certified, knowledge of PCC is a plus
• Knowledge with admissions/discharges is a plus
• Compassionate person with excellent communication skills and detailed oriented
