Serve as a representative of the University to prospective students and families. Support admissions outreach efforts, campus events, and communications while developing professional and leadership skills.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
- Recruit students for associate and bachelor’s programs from high schools and colleges – P, CT
- Communicate with prospective students and families in person, by phone, and by mail – C, T
- Represent the University at college fairs and admissions events – L, P
- Collaborate with departments like financial aid and advising – L, TW
- Interact with a diverse university community – TW, CTR
- Participate in occasional evening and weekend events – P
- Follow best practices of the Admissions Department and University – P
- Maintain confidentiality, punctuality, and appropriate professional appearance – P, C
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Admissions – P
- Manage and create content for social media, optimize admissions pages, and coordinate digital engagement – TW, CTR, C, T

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; closed on weekends. Flexible hours for special events and student schedules.
Work Conditions: Exposure to heat, cold, noise, wetness, and humidity.
Physical Demands: Keyboarding.
Number of Positions: 4–6
Pay Rate: $10.50/hour
Location: HPE 6th floor, Admissions Office Suite
