WSH Coordinator

Working Location: Woodlands

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the reinforcement of workplace safety, health and environment programs and initiatives.

  • Responsible for the enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.

  • Responsible for ensuring strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites and required premises.

  • Responsible for the preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits.

  • Required to assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and execution of safety programmes.

  • To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

  • To handle any ad hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum WSH “Level B” certification and Work-at-Height training, or an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant WSH experience in the construction industry.

  • Candidates with additional certifications in Lifting Operations, Scaffolding, or Confined Space Assessor will have an added advantage.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Willing and able to work night shifts (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM).
