Summary
Coordinates workplace safety and health (WSH) inspections, tracks cases, handles public inquiries, and ensures compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Track inspection cases and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Handle public enquiries and complaints.
- Check inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage inspection documents and records.
- Consolidate reports and submit them to the Authority.
- Upload reports and supporting documents into the system.
Requirements
- Engineering Diploma or Degree
- WSH experience.
- Specialist Diploma or Degree in WSH/Occupational Safety (or equivalent)
- Good communication, project management, and organisational skills.
- Able to manage timelines.
