Join Our Team – WSH Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and committed WSH Coordinator to support our Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) initiatives across our construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with WSH regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, programs, and procedures.
Conduct routine safety inspections, site audits, and identify potential workplace hazards.
Recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
Coordinate and conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and safety training for employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, permits, reports, incident investigations, and statutory documentation.
Monitor compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, relevant regulations, and company safety policies.
Assist in emergency preparedness planning, drills, and response activities.
Monitor safety performance indicators and prepare periodic safety reports.
Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and site personnel to promote continuous safety improvements and a positive safety culture.
Support Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives and undertake other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related discipline.
Possess a valid Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
Minimum 3 years of relevant WSH experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Good knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health regulations and industry best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
Hands-on experience in conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety training.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
