WSH Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of WSH management systems.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company safety policies.
- Oversee and manage ISO certification processes (e.g. ISO 45001) and audits (internal & external).
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on all WSH matters.
- Champion a strong safety culture and drive safety performance across projects.
- Lead safety training, initiatives, and improvement programs.
- Prepare and review WSH reports, audit documentation, and compliance records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health /Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety And Health.
- MOM Registered Workplace Safety And Health Officer.
- Minimum 8–10' experience as Workplace Safety and Health Officer in the construction industry.
- Experienced in HIP / HDB BTO projects.
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be responsible, organized and self-initiated.
- Respect for deadlines, sense of urgency.
- Strong experience in ISO standards (e.g. ISO 45001) and audit management.
- Proven leadership experience managing site safety teams.
- Excellent knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
