Summary
Oversee workplace safety and health (WSH) in a Singapore-based civil engineering firm, ensuring compliance with local regulations and conducting inspections and training.
Core Responsibilities
- Enforce EHS rules & regulations to prevent pollution and for safety and health workplace
- Develop, review and update EHS policies and related documents
- Conduct regular EHS inspections, recommend control measures , monitor and improve WSH performance
- Implement training programs to employees in EHS related matters consistent with the needs of their respective functions
Job Specifications
- Specialist Diploma or above, preferably Occupational Safety and/or environmental health or related fields
- Familiar with local regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health, and all other aspects of EHS
- At least 5 years’ experience as WSHO in the construction industry, preferably with prior experience involved in Sewer projects
