Position requirements

Job scope

Analyse data on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance, conditions and practices.
Carry out WSH compliance inspections.
Clarify WSH programme requirements to employees of other departments.
Coach team members on how to conduct routine checks on work activities.
Conduct WSH incident and accident investigations.
Review and update SMMs (Safe Management Measures) if recurring non-compliance is detected.
Lead safety audits, inspections, and corrective actions to improve site safety and performance.
