WSHE Executive
The WSHE Executive is responsible for supporting the WSHE Officers on site to carry out all environmental, health and safety tasks to create and maintain a safe workplace and culture.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Maintain WSHE management procedures, its administrative and recording system to ensure the documentation for OSHAS are in place
- Assist the WSHE committee chairman, act as secretary to the committee and provide guidance to the members in carrying out their safety duties
- Manage, facilitate and prepare audit schedules, audit reports and housekeeping audits
- Upload action plan/safety review reports onto authorities’ portal
- Assist in WSHE campaign/promotional activities
- Manpower updates and monitoring
- Prepare and submission of monthly reports
- Assist in WICA matters e.g. submission of ireport, dealing with insurance and authorities
- Provide secretarial function as well as any other administrative duties as assigned from time to time
Value Add of Position
- In-depth knowledge of WSHE legal guidelines to facilitate the administrative site activities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration and above
- Experience in the Construction industry would be preferred
