WSHO cum ECO β Full-Time Contract (3 months)
Summary
Oversee workplace safety and environmental compliance on a construction site in Singapore, ensuring adherence to WSH Act and CONSASS audit readiness.

π Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-5pm
π° Salary: SGD 7,000 β SGD 7,500
Job Scope:
- Ensure our construction activities comply with the WSH Act, Approved Codes of Practice, and relevant standards.
- Coordinate and review Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP). Ensure that control measures are in place and effectively communicated to all workers.
- Lead internal safety audits and enforce follow-up actions.
- Investigate all incidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences. Submit detailed incident reports and propose preventive measures. Notify MOM of reportable incidents in accordance with WSH regulations.
- Conduct safety inductions for new staff, toolbox meetings, and refresher briefings for high-risk activities. Promote a safety culture through safety campaigns.
- Maintain up to date records of safety inspections, incident investigations, RA/SWP submissions, training attendance, and equipment inspection records. Prepare monthly WSH reports for management and client.
- Liaise with authorities such as MOM, NEA, PUB, etc., for inspections, audits, and necessary follow up actions.
- Advise the Project Manager on all WSH compliance and risk matters. Highlight site safety trends and recommend improvement plans.
- Ensure the site is ready for the CONSASS audit. Coordinate with external CONSASS auditors and prepare all required documentation.
Requirements:
β Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM
β Knowledge of Environmental Control Officer (ECO) duties and requirements
β Minimum 2β4 years of relevant construction safety experience

Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and site operations
