WSHO cum ECO
Your Role
- Liaise closely with Senior Manager, EHS and Head of Project in develop, implement, maintain and improve WSH Management Systems and culture and project level
- Lead daily Toolbox meeting, safety meetings, safety inspections, safety training and all other initiatives or activities to maintain a high level of safety at worksite
- Build and maintain good rapport with Government bodies in matters pertaining to Health and Safety of the Personnel and Operatives / Workers
- Responsible for accident reporting and investigations, including near misses and any industrial disease contracted in the project
- Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities
- All other ad-hoc duties as gazetted in the Regulations
The Requirements
- Registered WSHO and ECO with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in construction.
- Possess Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO) qualification will be added advantage.
- Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent team spirit, strong technical competence, and good interpersonal skills.
- Candidate can start work in short notice will be preferred.
