Role: WSO2, Azure API Developer Integration (Enterprise Integration Services)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced WSO2 & Azure API Developer with strong expertise in API development, enterprise integration, and middleware technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable, and high-performance API and integration solutions using WSO2 API Manager, Azure API Management, and Solace PubSub+.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise APIs and integration solutions.
• Implement and manage APIs using WSO2 API Manager and Azure API Management.
• Develop RESTful APIs and maintain API specifications using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Build event-driven integrations using Solace PubSub+.
• Implement API security using OAuth2, JWT, API keys, TLS, throttling, and rate limiting.
• Work with WSO2 Identity Server and IAM solutions.
• Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated API testing.
• Monitor API performance and troubleshoot issues using Splunk and Elasticsearch.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and LLMs to improve development productivity.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in API development, enterprise integration, or middleware.
• Strong hands-on experience with WSO2 API Manager and Azure API Management.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Solace PubSub+.
• Strong knowledge of API security protocols: OAuth2, JWT, API keys, TLS, throttling, and rate limiting.
• Experience with WSO2 Identity Server and IAM.
• Working experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Elasticsearch.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Good-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Apigee, MuleSoft, or IBM API Connect.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Experience in API performance testing and monitoring.
• WSO2 or Solace certifications.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
