WSP【HR】L&D Assistant Manager/Senior Officer

【Position Summary】
This role is responsible for driving learning initiatives, leadership development, compliance training, and employee development programs across Taiwan. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and regional stakeholders to identify capability gaps, implement learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

【Responsibilities】
1. Develop and implement annual learning and development plans.
2. Coordinate internal and external training programs.
3. Conduct training needs analysis and work with business leaders on capability development.
4. Manage leadership and people manager development programs.
5. Drive mandatory training and compliance-related learning initiatives.
6. Monitor training completion, effectiveness, and learning records.
7. Administer learning platforms and training systems.
8. Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
9. Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

【Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3+ years of HR, Training, L&D, or Talent Development experience.
3. Experience in training management and learning program delivery.
4. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
5. Good presentation and facilitation skills.
6. Experience with LMS or learning platforms is preferred.
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
