WSQ Trainer

The ideal candidate should be a passionate and dedicated individual who has a strong passion for learning and development and is excited by the opportunity to provide exciting and fulfilling educational solutions, curriculum, and training to partners/customers. He/she must be ACTA or ACLP certified, creative, resourceful, independent, motivated and want to make a difference with strong bility to transfer knowledge and inspire people.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-house and WSQ training programs for individual learners (B2C) or businesses (B2B)
• Analysing learning needs and formulating training strategies
• Design curriculum, develop training material and execute training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation and conducts course assessment
• Courseware redevelopment and update to ensure that training materials and guidelines are up to date with industry standards and practices
• Analyse and review training feedback and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted
• To co-host talks/events/webinar/seminar for our in-house products (HRMS/Accounting/WSQ) in conjunction with our Marketing efforts
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Must be ACTA or ACLP certified
• DDLP or DACE is strongly preferred as well
• Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Have passion for people development with a flair for training
• Confident in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment
• IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions
• Good understanding of WSQ framework
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Dedicated, committed, and positive working attitude
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
