WSS Mechanical Design Engineer_VM
Summary
Designs mechanical components for wheel speed sensors, including 2D/3D models and BOMs, while managing customer requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
1. Wheel speed sensor customer design requirement management, technical proposal and fixation.
2. Mechanical / structure design including 2D，3D,BOM,DRBFM and based on platform guideline & customer requirement.
3. Maintain good technical communication w. customer,e.g. technical review with customer
4. Work with plant and tooling team during project development.
5. Support production and quality department on failure analysis and or problem solving.
6. Support for supplier development, input components' drawing with TLG meeting
- Bachelor or above
- Mechanical education background
- Above 3 years product mechanical design;
- Familiar with CAD software like: UG / CATIA ;
- Familiar with FMEA,DRBFM;
- Faimilar with tolerance stack up, Airgap calculation
- Good communication and English both in oral and written;
