WTP Construction Manager (Vietnam Project)
Job Summary
To lead the site execution of Waste Treatment Plant in Hanoi, Vietnam. Responsible in planning, executing, supervising, and completing all on-site construction activities for EPC infrastructure projects in Vietnam, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and compliance with contract, quality, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all on-site construction activities for EPC infrastructure projects to meet project timelines and budgets
- Execute construction tasks while ensuring compliance with contract specifications and quality standards
- Supervise project teams and subcontractors to maintain safety and work quality on-site
- Complete projects in accordance with Vietnamese local regulations and industry standards
- Serve as the primary liaison between Singapore Head Office, Vietnamese project teams, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and government authorities
- Manage communication and coordination for large-scale EPC projects including Waste-to-Energy, Water & Wastewater Treatment, Desalination, and Industrial Infrastructure
Language Requirements
- Vietnamese language.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory.
Travel Requirements
- Frequent travel between Singapore and Vietnam.
- Long-term assignment at project sites during construction.
- Ability to mobilize within short notice.
