物料管理员

最低任职要求

1、专科及以上学历，生物、化学，制药等相关专业，或具有同等工作经验人员。

Associate degree or above, majors in biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals or other related fields, or personnel with equivalent work experience.

2、具有GMP知识和相关工作经验者优先。具有ERP软件经验者优先。工作认真细致，踏实肯干、有责任心，具有良好的团队合作精神。

Possession of GMP knowledge and relevant work experience is preferred. Candidates with ERP software experience are preferred.Work conscientiously and carefully, be practical, hardworking, and responsible, and possess a good spirit of teamwork.

工作职责

1. 负责车间物料管理工作：参与偏差的调查、变更的实行，纠正和预防措施的实行，审计准备等。

Responsible for material management: participate in deviation investigations, the implementation of changes, and the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, and audit preparation..

2. 负责产品代码的申请、修订等。

Responsible for the application, revision, and maintenance of product codes.

3. 负责生产成本核算和工时汇总。

Responsible for production cost accounting and labor hour consolidation.

4. 负责异常物料的处理和供应商投诉的发起与持续追踪，供应商相关事项的沟通与处理。

Responsible for handling and disposition of nonconforming materials, initiating and tracking supplier complaints, and coordinating communication and resolution of supplier-related issues.

5. 负责和各部门沟通协调物料相关问题，不断改进。

Responsible for communicating and coordinating with each department on material-related issues and for continuous improvement.

6. 负责GMP车间物料的领用、退库流程的执行。负责协调按车间下达的领料计划及时开领料单，同时核查领料计划。

Responsible for executing the procedures for issuing and returning GMP workshop materials to inventory.

Responsible for coordinating the timely issuance of material requisition forms according to the picking plans issued by the workshop, and simultaneously verifying those picking plans.

7. 负责辅助耗材的需求管理和二供评估。

Responsible for production cost accounting and the compilation and analysis of labor hours.

8. 完成领导交待的其他相关任务。

Responsible for completing other related tasks assigned by leaders.
