Responsibilities:

你正处在加入一个激动人心的公司的旅途中，你将会成为我们成功故事的一部分。在这里，你的知识和经验将定义你的成长。在这个你即将投入的角色，你需要履行以下职责：

• 运输协调
根据月度销售计划，分解制定合理的物流配送计划和装货计划；
协调运输服务商，组织运力，根据装货计划，按时完成发货任务；
• 客户服务
跟踪发出货物的在途状态，及时了解相关信息，制作走船明细，反馈相关部门，做好客户服务工作；
• 成本控制
根据客户的需求和生产计划，选择合适的运输方式和运输时间，降低运费成本，将实际运费水平，控制在预算之内；
• 安全管理
选择合适的运输工具，确保运输安全；处理因运输原因产生的客户投诉
• 运费付款
根据发货通知单创建运单，在仓库发货完毕，在SAP系统中及时关闭运单；
月末与运输公司核对运费，保证费用准确；无法进入系统的运费，及时预提；
联系运输公司及时提供运费发票，报给财务，保证付款及时；
