Join our team as a Beauty Advisor to deliver expert skincare advice, demonstrate product benefits, maintain attractive displays, and achieve sales targets through engaging customer service across island-wide locations.
What You'll Do:
- Provide expert customer service by offering tailored skincare product advice to meet individual customer needs
- Demonstrate and communicate product benefits and features to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
- Stay updated on new product launches and industry developments to inform customers accurately
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked space with properly displayed products to optimize the shopping experience
- Engage customers effectively to achieve sales targets
What You Bring:
- 1 year or more of relevant experience is a plus
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Positive, customer-oriented attitude to enhance service quality
- Salary Package: $2200 + plus commissions + allowances!
