Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to the menu and standard recipes.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented according to quality standards.
• Perform food preparation, including washing, cutting, chopping and portioning ingredients.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
