Overview: The role of XCF Order & Product Operations Management is to compile and manage product details and manage order processing using MCP (product and order management software), Oracle plus Art and Product creation tools. You will work with a variety of web-based programs to manage product, images, orders and data in support of MCP fulfilled orders globally. |

Primary responsibilities • Monitor MCP orders and clear blocks from import to Oracle, rejected orders from MCP, Awaiting Fulfiller Response status. • Ability to communicate clearly to employees across the Cimpress Businesses. • Identify and resolve any disruptions in the inventory feed to MCP. • Routinely monitor website sites to assure designed products are live, displayed correctly with accurate scenes and designer set up. • Monitor websites to document category, search positioning, customer ratings. • Assure Product SLAs in the different facilities. • Other duties as assigned. |

Requirements & Qualifications Requirements:
Knowledge: • High School certificate or technical certificate. • Fluent English verbal and written
Skills: • Advanced to Superior proficiency with Microsoft Excel. • Intermediate proficiency - Microsoft Office programs. • Very Detailed with high level of accuracy required. • Skilled with web-based programs, the internet and in managing data |
