1. 督導樓層事務及人員
2. 有效管理部門預算、物料損耗及人力排班配置
3.熟悉房務流程與實務，可做實時改進。
4.客訴處理及緊急應變處置
5.執行部門人員教育訓練
6.組織協調、分析解讀能力、問題解決與決策能力。
