協助制定並執行酒店年度行銷推廣計畫，提升品牌知名度、酒店形象及營業收益。
規劃與執行各項行銷活動及公關專案，包含活動預算、流程安排、媒體邀請及攝影紀錄等。
維護並拓展媒體及網紅關係，安排國內外媒體採訪、拍攝及相關公關活動。
撰寫新聞稿及行銷宣傳文案，推廣酒店最新消息、優惠專案及品牌活動。
負責酒店社群媒體平台經營與內容管理，協助推動行銷活動及建立客戶資料庫。
依據品牌規範，規劃、設計及製作酒店行銷宣傳品、廣告素材及相關印刷品。
管理酒店官方圖片及活動影像資料庫，確保品牌素材妥善保存與有效運用。
蒐集並分析市場趨勢、競爭對手動態及行銷活動資訊，作為制定行銷策略的參考。
與餐飲、業務、宴會及會議等跨部門團隊密切合作，推動酒店整體行銷計畫與業務目標。
協助行銷公關總監執行其他相關專案及交辦事項。

• Assist in developing and implementing the hotel’s annual marketing and promotional plans to enhance brand awareness, strengthen the hotel’s image, and drive revenue growth.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and public relations projects, including budget preparation, event coordination, media invitations, and photography arrangements.
• Maintain and develop relationships with media outlets and influencers, coordinating local and international media interviews, photo shoots, and public relations activities.
• Draft press releases and marketing communications to promote the hotel’s latest news, promotional offers, and brand initiatives.
• Manage the hotel’s social media platforms and content, supporting marketing campaigns and assisting in the development of the customer database.
• Plan, design, and produce hotel marketing collaterals, advertising materials, and printed publications in accordance with brand standards.
• Manage the hotel’s official image and event photography library, ensuring brand assets are properly organized, maintained, and effectively utilized.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and marketing campaign performance to support the development of effective marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Food & Beverage, Sales, Banquets, and Meetings & Events, to drive integrated marketing initiatives and achieve overall business objectives.
• Support the Director of Marcom in executing other related projects and performing additional duties as assigned.
