負責保障飯店財產及賓客與員工的生命財產安全。

管理安全監控中心運作，安排飯店內外各區域定期巡邏。

每日檢查監控系統、電子安全設備及火災警報系統，確保運作正常。

根據飯店政策及程序調查各類事件、可疑行為及犯罪活動。

指導並監督團隊執行安全與保全流程，確保規範遵守，並對違規行為採取相應處置。

規劃並定期進行消防演習及火災風險評估，提升應急處理能力。

處理、回應並彙整各類事件報告，確保資訊準確傳達相關部門。

向相關部門回報設備或設施異常，確保飯店運作與服務無缺陷。

嚴格遵守部門營運標準、政策及程序，維護整體安全管理體系。

Responsible for safeguarding hotel property and ensuring the safety of guests and team members.

Manage the security control room operations and schedule regular patrols throughout hotel premises.

Conduct daily inspections of surveillance systems, electronic security devices, and fire alarm systems to ensure proper functioning.

Investigate incidents, suspicious activities, and potential criminal behavior in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Supervise and guide security team members in executing all security protocols, ensuring compliance and taking corrective actions for violations.

Plan and conduct regular fire drills and risk assessments to enhance emergency preparedness and fire safety management.

Handle, respond to, and document all incidents, ensuring accurate reporting to relevant departments.

Report facility or equipment issues to relevant departments to maintain seamless hotel operations and service quality.

Strictly adhere to departmental operational standards, policies, and procedures to maintain overall security management.
