1. 負責宴會業務開發與銷售，涵蓋婚宴、企業會議、獎勵旅遊、會展（MICE）及各類宴會活動，達成部門業績目標與 KPI。
Develop and drive sales opportunities for meetings, events, weddings, MICE, and banquet functions to achieve departmental revenue goals and KPIs.

2. 接待客戶並安排場地勘查，介紹宴會場地、餐飲服務及飯店設施，提供專業且客製化的活動規劃建議。
Conduct site inspections and present the hotel's event venues, catering services, and facilities while providing professional and tailored event solutions.

3. 維繫客戶關係，積極開發新客戶及合作夥伴，拓展市場商機並建立長期合作關係。
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively develop new business opportunities, and establish long-term partnerships.

4. 深入了解客戶需求，提供完整宴會及活動解決方案，提升顧客滿意度與整體服務體驗。
Understand clients' needs and deliver customized event solutions to ensure an exceptional guest experience and high customer satisfaction.

5. 負責宴會專案規劃、執行與進度管理，協調跨部門資源，確保活動順利完成。
Plan, coordinate, and manage event projects from initial planning through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event delivery.

6. 規劃並安排場勘、試菜及活動前置作業，掌握執行細節，提供高品質服務。
Coordinate site inspections, menu tastings, and all pre-event arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.

7. 具備良好的溝通協調、問題解決及危機應變能力，妥善處理活動現場各項狀況。
Effectively manage client communications, resolve issues promptly, and respond proactively to on-site operational needs to ensure service excellence.

8. 完成主管交辦事項，並依業務需求支援部門相關專案及營運工作。
Perform other duties and support departmental projects as assigned by management.
